Redwing Business Park is located on Trafford Park Manchester. Trafford Park covers 1,183 acres and was the first developed as an Industrial Park in 1896, making it the first industrial park to be developed in Europe and to this day it remains the largest. This mixed development Industrial park is home to a wide range of companies.
Redwing Business Park is a courtyard of five industrial units within the business park.
Browns were contracted by the client Tipacre Linited to construct the units, each of which provided light industrial and office accommodation. The units ranged in size from 5000sqft to 15,000sqft and were completed on time and within budget.
