This is a quality eight and nine storey development around a central courtyard. Clad with traditional materials, the development comprises over 220 apartments with basement car parking.

The apartments range from one-bedroom units for first-time buyers to luxury duplex penthouses with views across the city of Manchester.

Construction Challenge
The whole of the development is built on a brownfield site adjacent to the Manchester Ship Canal, which made access to the site difficult.

The location was formerly an industrial site, so a full remediation package was required to prepare the land and make it fit-for-purpose, including a de-watering scheme.
