The challenge of this project was to create a purpose built development of high-quality student accommodation of contemporary construction. The result was two eleven-storey, structural steel framed towers comprising of 450 well-designed apartments.
The whole development is set in soft and hard landscaped gardens and was completed on time, on budget which was crucial to allowing our client to target the student rental market in time.
Construction Challenge
This development is located on a very busy route into the city centre, adjacent to a print works and an ambulance station. This meant that nuisance and disruption had to be an absolute minimum during construction to ensure that none of these sensitive activities were disturbed.
