Case Study - Savoy Honda, Warrington
Value: £1.2 million, Project length: 30 weeks
Browns undertook the construction of a prestigious high technology car show room for Savoy Honda Limited. In addition to the showroom the scheme also included mechanical workshops, administration facilities, staff welfare facilities, and also the landscaping of the site.
The completed showroom and workshops were delivered within a 7month construction programme within budget and on programme and to a high standard specification.
Construction Challenges:
The site was a Brownfield site which had previously been used for industrial purposes, hence the site was heavily contaminated and required full remediation. The team from Browns worked with the client in this early stage to ensure that all risks were identified and accounted for in the remediation plan.
