Hotel & Leisure Sector
Browns have delivered all manner of Hotel and Leisure facilities, and our projects have ranged from refurbishments, through to building extensions and design and build of new hotels and leisure facilities.
Examples of projects include hotels, Leisure Centres, Swimming Pools, Golf Clubs, Cricket Clubs in addition to Leisure facilities for schools and colleges.
Our experience includes extending and refurbishing hotels whilst working in a live environment, and being able to work with the client to ensure that there’s no disruption to hotel services and guests.
More recently Browns have been completed a Premier Travel Inn for Whitbread in Barnsley. This project involved the construction of a 110 bed 5 storey hotel built off a 4 storey podium deck. The hotel was delivered to Whitbread on time and within budget.
