New Training Standards Set By Browns Construction Group
Browns Construction Group is demonstrating best practice in the field of staff training in line with new CDM 2007 regulations.
Aside from achieving a 94% completion of CSCS card training, Browns have made it company policy that all those in a managerial, supervisory or planning role achieve a standard of health and safety awareness usually only required by construction site managers.
No less that fifteen employees from the company’s buying, maintenance, quantity surveying and engineering departments have just completed the CITB Site Manager Safety Training Course raising their health and safety awareness to a standard that exceeds current industry requirements.
The SMSTS Courses are just one aspect of Browns’ intensive training and development programme set and aimed at delivering an unparalleled level of quality service to its clients.
